SARAH SCOTT, M.S.

Licensed Professional Counselor & Director of The Adulting Program

Available for In-Person or Virtual Individual Therapy

Mental health is defined as the ability to love, and the ability to work; to be able to have stable and emotionally fulfilling relationships with others, to take care of your daily needs, and to be able to enjoy using your time creatively and productively. As a counselor, I aim to join with my clients and help them identify their troubles, explore their origins, and create unique solutions to help them live the life they hope for.

I have experience working with school-aged children, adolescents, and adults, and particularly enjoy working with clients and their families experiencing transitions in life stages. Whether that's adjusting to school changes, expanding social skills to encompass new areas that arise as we grow, charting a path to adulthood, or developing the skills to cope with an emerging mental health challenge, such as depression or anxiety, I am happy to help with individual or group therapy or family consultations. In addition to therapy for all ages, I help create plans and coordinate the team within the Adulting Program.

I earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas and have worked in a variety of settings. I look forward to partnering with you or your loved one.
