(For Teens ages 13-18)

This therapeutic workshop explores an intuitive art process designed to tap into self-perception and identity, helping teens become a more confident version of themselves. Artist, Donna Kachinski, will lead participants through selecting & arranging magazine images on a 5x7 mat board to create a collage design. Therapist, Jenna Cook, will guide participants to explore the message of the card through journal writing and to discover meaning through group conversation.

 

Join us for a fun, creative, judgment-free day. No art or writing experience is necessary and all supplies are included. The training is based on the work of Seena Frost, Soul Collage founder.

Led by Jenna Cook, M.Ed., LPC, NCC and Donna Kachinski, M.Ed., Certified Teacher, Artist.

Donna is a licensed English teacher and working artist with a passion for helping teens develop self-awareness and confidence through academic skill-building and creative endeavors. Her goal is to empower teens to believe in themselves.

Note: An interview is not required for existing clients of The Conative Group. Brand new clients require a a 15min Zoom interview with a parent and child present.
