Improv Group for Anxiety Management

Improv Group Therapy is designed to improve social skills with a small group of teenagers and young adults, ages 14 to 21, with anxiety, ADHD, or autism spectrum disorder.

Skills to learn:

 

  • Recognizing social cues

  • Improving joint attention

  • Thinking and speaking without holding back

  • Coping with anxiety and shyness


This group will meet in-person with social distancing and masks:
 

  • June 14th, 2021 @ 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

  • June 15th, 2021 @ 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

  • June 17th, 2021 @ 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

As of now, each session will be held in person, with masks and social distancing enforced. This is subject to be changed to a virtual format and participants will be notified in advance.
