Improv Group for Anxiety Management
Improv Group Therapy is designed to improve social skills with a small group of teenagers and young adults, ages 14 to 21, with anxiety, ADHD, or autism spectrum disorder.
Skills to learn:
Recognizing social cues
Improving joint attention
Thinking and speaking without holding back
Coping with anxiety and shyness
This group will meet in-person with social distancing and masks:
