(For 6th - 8th Grade, entering Fall 2023)

This group is designed to guide middle school boys to become strong communicators, enhance their confidence, self-awareness, and social skills. Topics for this age group have been selected based on the feedback of relevancy from middle school students in surrounding schools. Join us weekly to work towards becoming the most empowered and balanced version of you!

• Enhancing self-esteem & self-awareness

• Anxiety (test anxiety, social anxiety, etc.)

• Bullying (especially cyberbullying)

• Healthy communication skills

• Healthy friendships

• Peer pressure

• Learning self-care & lifestyle balance

• Goal setting

• Dealing with cultural stigmas

• Team Building
