Therapy in English and Spanish
Hi, I’m Marc. I’m a counselor who is passionate about creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and understood. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to carrying things on your own. My goal is to offer a supportive environment where you can show up as you are—without judgment—and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.
I work with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, and stress, as well as concerns related to relationships and identity exploration. I also have experience supporting clients with neurodivergence and those working through cultural or identity-related experiences. I provide insightful care for the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create a space where clients can explore identity, relationships, and belonging with safety and support. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, we can work together to better understand what’s coming up for you.
In our sessions, I often focus on building emotional awareness, exploring thought patterns, and developing practical coping strategies. I like to collaborate with my clients by offering different tools and allowing you to choose what feels most helpful and aligned for you. When working with grief and loss, I aim to create space for both processing pain and honoring the meaning of what’s been lost, at your own pace. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you better understand yourself and move toward the life you want to live.
I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate practicing under the supervision of Catalina Prebisch, BHEC - Professional Counselor.
I offer services in both English and Spanish and welcome clients from diverse identities and backgrounds. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to grow, I’d be honored to support you.
