Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid a charge. We make every effort to accommodate your personal financial circumstances.
We do not accept or file insurance. You may choose, however, to file for the insurance reimbursement as part of your out-of-network benefits. We will provide you with a receipt for filing with your insurance company. Consult your insurance provider to determine if you have out-of-network coverage.
Therapy sessions are available in person or through our HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom. Typical weekly sessions are 45 minutes in length. Initial diagnostic sessions are usually 75 minutes. For teenagers 14 -17, a joint parent-child initial session is usually preferred, based on the issues to be addressed.
