(For 6th-8th Grade Middle School Girls, Ages 11-14 Years Old)
Middle school is a time of big changes—you’re no longer a little kid, but you’re not quite an adult yet. It can be confusing, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming all at once! That’s why we created Glows and Grows, a workshop-style group designed to help you navigate this journey. Together, we’ll build confidence, find our voices, and learn how to take care of ourselves, inside and out.

In this group, we’ll explore topics like:

✨ Building confidence & self-esteem

✨ Navigating friendships & setting boundaries

✨ Managing emotions & handling stress

✨ Creating healthy habits & routines

✨ Finding your voice & expressing yourself

 

Join us for a group where real conversations, fun activities, and personal growth come together. Let’s create a space to support each other and grow into the best version of YOU!

August 21: Glow Up from the Inside Out – Building confidence through physical and mental self-care.

August 28: Emotional Empowerment: Turning Feelings into Power – Regulate emotions and transform them into strength.

September 4: Unapologetically Me – Embracing your unique self and silencing self-doubt.

September 11: Real Ones Only: Building Meaningful Relationships – What healthy friendships look like and how to maintain them.

September 18: The Art of Being Heard – Communicating your thoughts clearly and confidently.

September 25: R-E-S-P-E-C-T: Boundaries That Protect & Empower – Setting and respecting personal boundaries.

October 2: Digital Detox – Understanding technology’s impact and creating balanced habits.

October 9: Designing My Future Self – Visualizing and planning who you want to become.

October 16: Leveling Up: Goals That Actually Stick – Setting realistic goals and staying motivated.

October 23: Daily Wins: Habits That Change the Game – Creating daily habits to boost well-being.

October 30: Just Vibe Together: Chill & Connect – Relaxed session to hang out, share, and build connection.

November 6: Self-Compassion Day – Learning to be kind to yourself and embrace imperfection.

November 13: Growth Mindset: Embracing Challenges – Seeing setbacks as opportunities to grow.

November 20: Just Vibe Together: Mindful Moments – Mindfulness, creativity, and connection time.

No session November 27 – Thanksgiving break

December 4: Confidence Boosters: Power Poses & Positive Self-Talk – Using body language and affirmations to build self-esteem. Challenging your inner critic for a healthier self-image.

December 11: Glow & Grow Goodbye Party – Celebrate our journey together with a fun and heartfelt farewell! We’ll reflect on friendships, personal growth, and all the lessons we’ve learned while making final memories with the group. 💖✨

*15min Zoom Pre-Admission Interview is required prior to registration for new clients.
