Speedy Skill Crafters presents a 6-week transformative therapy group designed to empower your child by enhancing their social skills, autonomy, and personal identity. Over the course of six weeks, participants will engage in activities focused on boundary setting, impulsivity management, effective communication, emotional regulation, teamwork, and social problem-solving.

To ensure a meaningful and supportive experience, we require at least 5 group members to commit to attending all sessions. This consistency will help foster a sense of community and enable each child to fully benefit from the program. Join us on this enriching journey of self-discovery and skill enhancement. Enroll your child now to secure a spot in this unique fall adventure!

This group focuses on the following areas as weekly topics (but are not limited to):

  • Dive into Skills Crafters and create a list of group rules together. Introduction of group members and let's explore the different mental health disorders.

  • Gain insight into understanding and expressing uncomfortable emotions while discovering how mindfulness can help you navigate challenging feelings like anxiety or depression with ease.

  • Understand what you can control, and take charge of your reactions. Let's manage impulsivity and take responsibility for our actions!

  • Let's improve our communication skills to maximize our potential. Explore defining relationships by creating and maintaining friendships with warmth and empathy

  • Engage in exciting problem-solving activities to enhance our skills and participate in team-building exercises where we practice communication, advocacy, impulsivity control, mindfulness, and more!
