The transition to college is exciting, but it can also bring uncertainty, stress, and significant life changes. Launch Point helps high school seniors and college students build the emotional, social, and practical skills needed to navigate this transition with confidence.

Through discussion, skill-building, and peer support, participants will explore independence, friendships, identity, anxiety, self-advocacy, time management, and adjusting to new expectations. Whether you're preparing to leave home or adjusting to college life, this group offers a supportive space to build confidence and prepare for what comes next.

This group may be for you if:

  • You're preparing to start college or recently began college.

  • You're feeling anxious about increased independence.

  • You want to build confidence before this next chapter.

  • You're struggling to find your place socially.

  • You're looking for support during a major life transition.

*15min Zoom Pre-Admission Interview is required prior to registration for new clients.
