Navegar por el mundo social de la escuela secundaria es difícil. Hacer y mantener conexiones reales puede ser una lucha, especialmente en el mundo actual.
Únase a nosotros mientras creamos un espacio seguro para explorar la identidad propia, desarrollar habilidades sociales y de toma de decisiones, practicar un discurso empático y productivo e investigar qué significa pertenecer.
El grupo se reúne semanalmente y brinda formas prácticas de aprender una comunicación saludable (incluso cuando no estamos de acuerdo), la resolución de problemas sociales y el manejo de las emociones, como la ansiedad, el aislamiento, la tristeza y la frustración.
Este grupo es ideal para ti si tienes:
Problemas para encontrar el sentido de pertenencia
Luchas para disfrutar de la escuela: puede o no tener TDAH y/o ansiedad
Interés por el anime, el arte, la creatividad y los juegos en línea.
Fuerte sentido de la individualidad y un estilo personal único.

Together we'll explore what makes a great friend, practice creating kind and welcoming friendships, and learn to recognize healthy vs unhealthy friendship qualities.

Week #16 December 9th: Team Problem Solving Challenge
Work together to solve fun challenges using communication, flexibility, and leadership skills.

Week #17 December 16th: Skills Crafters Celebration & Reflection
Practice and celebrate all the skills you’ve learned with fun group activities focused on teamwork, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and reflecting on how far we’ve come as leaders, friends, and problem-solvers.
