The Parenting & Identity Book Workshop:
A Supportive Space for Growth

SESSION DATES:
May 9 - July 25, 2025
Fridays @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
About Us
Parenting is a journey filled with challenges, joy, and constant learning. But while we pour our hearts into raising our children, we must also nurture ourselves. This group is a safe, nonjudgmental space for parents to come together, discuss books that resonate with us, and share our struggles, successes, thoughts, and feelings.
Because this is a workshop-style group, it offers a flexible, drop-in format—so it’s okay if you can’t attend every meeting. Join when you can, and take the time you need for yourself in a supportive and understanding space.
How It Works
📚 Rotating Book Selections: We choose books based on group interests, covering topics like modern parenting, self-care, mental health, relationships, and personal growth.
🗓 Weekly Meetings: A dedicated time just for us to be present, connect, and reflect.
💬 Open Discussions: Share your thoughts, experiences, and questions in a supportive, understanding environment.
Connect with like-minded parents who understand the journey. Gain inspiration and practical strategies for balancing parenthood while staying true to yourself. Carve out meaningful time for self-care in a supportive and enriching space.
Let’s read, reflect, and grow together—because life and parenting can be tough, but we don’t have to do it alone.
*15min Zoom Pre-Admission Interview is required prior to registration for new clients.
