A therapist-facilitated support group for LGBTQ+ adults seeking connection, affirmation, and community.

 

This process-oriented group provides a welcoming space to explore identity, relationships, minority stress, self-acceptance, and life transitions while building meaningful connections with others who share similar lived experiences.
