In this group, we’ll play games, talk about feelings, practice listening and speaking kindly, and learn how to work as a team. Participants will build confidence, learn how to calm down when they’re upset, and discover their own strengths through fun and engaging activities.

This group will meet Wednesdays from 4:00–4:45 PM, starting August 20 through December 10 (no group on Thanksgiving week).
