(For 6th - 8th Grade Middle School Boys, Ages 11-14)

​Skill Squad is designed to guide middle to high school boys to become strong communicators, enhance their confidence, self-awareness, and social skills.

 

Topics for this age group have been selected based on feedback of relevancy from middle and high school students in surrounding schools.

 

Join us weekly to work towards becoming the most empowered and balanced version of you!

Group Topics Include:
 

• Enhancing self-esteem & self-awareness 

• Anxiety (test anxiety, social anxiety, etc.) 

• Bullying (especially cyberbullying) 

• Healthy communication skills 

• Healthy friendships 

• Peer pressure
